The Koppelman School of Business has a student focused continuous improvement process that systematically uses direct measures to assess all program learning goals and objectives twice with improvements in between. The graduate and undergraduate goals and objectives are not identical.  The process is designed to improve the quality of the program and assure that students are learning.
